Dan was a cartoonist for The New Yorker and his short films have screened at festivals such as Slamdance and Hamptons International Film Festival. He’s done lots of other stuff, too. He is a graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and an alumnus of Ross School, East Hampton, NY.

Dan held the position of Director of Communications at Ross School for 6 years. Prior to that, he was the Assistant Director of Media at Ross Institute and taught freshman and junior Media Studies classes as well as electives. While working for Ross Institute, Dan co-wrote and oversaw the development of a K–12 media studies curriculum and produced interactive media projects and countless videos.
